HEY, I’M AVIS WILLIAMS!
The creator of Wellness Printables. I have been a caregiver for a close relative for many years, I was starting to get mentally exhausted and lose interest in life.
I decided to do a short counselling skills course, As part of the assessment of the course, I had to write in a journal my thoughts, experiences and feelings and I have found that by regularly assessing myself helps me to identify who I want to be and what it is I want to achieve in my life.
That’s why I started Wellness Printables, we wanted to create journaling tools that would encourage others to write about their journey, their thoughts and develop a plan to move forward to achieve their goals and to have a happy fulfilling life.
