Hi, I’m Avis.
I am a certified life coach and graphic designer.
I am also a caregiver for a close relative for many years. In 2014, I was starting to get mentally exhausted and lose interest in life.
I decided to do a counselling and psychotherapy course for 2 years. As part of the assessment of the course, I had to write in a journal my thoughts, experiences, and feelings and I have found that regularly assessing myself helps me to identify who I want to be and what it is I want to achieve in my life.
That’s why I started Wellness Printables, I wanted to create journaling tools that would encourage others to write about their wellness journey, and their thoughts and develop a plan to move forward to achieve their goals and have a happy fulfilling life.
